It only takes a couple of minutes to register online to vote. To vote in the May 2024 Primary Election you must register by April 8. To vote in the November 2024 General Election you must register by Oct. 7. Click or tap the button to go to IndianaVoters.IN.gov to register online or to download a paper registration form.

Can’t vote on Election Day and want to vote by mail? Request an absentee ballot online or submit a paper form. Applications must be received in the Clerk’s Office by April 25 for the Primary Election and Oct. 24 for the General Election. Completed absentee ballots must be received in the Clerk’s Office no later than 6 PM on Election Day. Vote when it’s convenient for you by voting early in-person at the Spencer County Courthouse or the Santa Claus Community Center. Remember to bring your photo ID. Early voting begins April 9 (Primary) and Oct. 8 (General) and runs through the day before Election Day. Click or tap the button to view early voting times and locations.
