Polling Locations

The Spencer County Election Board has recently adopted a vote center plan for Spencer County. Use of vote centers means that eligible voters are not required to go to a poll in their precinct, but can cast their vote at ANY of the available vote centers. Please note that there will not be a polling center in every precinct. Click here for a list of Spencer County Voting Center Locations.

Voter Registration

To register, fill out and print the registration form and then return it to the voter registration office located in the County Clerk’s Office at the courthouse in Rockport. The form must be hand delivered or postmarked by the registration deadline.  You can also check your registration status, register to vote and find your polling place online at IndianaVoters.IN.gov.

To be eligible to register, you must have lived in the precinct where you will vote for at least 30 days before the election, be at least 18 years old on or before General Election Day, and be a U.S. citizen.
