Remembering and Honoring Our Heroes

Memorial Day normally marks the unofficial start of the summer season. In 2020, we have all had to adjust to new realities and new ways of doing things. As restrictions start to gradually be lifted, we will no doubt be looking to get outside and find a renewed sense of normalcy. Now more than ever, we must pause over this Memorial Day weekend to remember and honor all our fallen heroes, men and women, and their families who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our safety, security, liberty and democracy. In 2020, may our words and deeds be worthy of their great sacrifice as we recall the ideals for which they bravely fought and died.
