Congratulations to Incoming and Outgoing Chairmen

Congratulations to newly elected Spencer County Democratic Central Committee chairman Steve Rininger. Steve was elected recently by a unanimous vote of precinct committee men and women. Steve replaces outgoing and retiring chairman, Don Spellmeyer. Don has served as Spencer County chairman for 24 years and we thank him for his many years of dedicated service and leadership.
